MARIANNE SICE:

Marianne Sice is a musician and interdisciplinary artist from the North East of England with Bulgarian/Irish heritage. 

Discovering her love and passion for music, art and performance at a young age, Marianne is a curious and creative individual. She is a pianist, vocalist and guitarist  who works across genres (Classical to rock, pop, experimental, electronic and folk) as well as across disciplines (performance art, video art, dance, body art, projection art and drama).


 

Since completing her Master’s Degree in Creative Arts Practice at Culture Lab, Newcastle University, where her research was focussed on the embodied female performer, Marianne has been working on developing her own performance practice which fuses music, visual and digital arts, and wishes to incorporate this into her live shows later this year to create memorable, immersive and one-off experiences for her audience.
